FIRST COURSE: Poached Apple Salad (arugula, whipped chèvre, crispy Joyce farms ham chips, citrus and honey vinaigrette, olive oil crunches)

SECOND COURSE: Citrus Cured Smoked Salmon (pickled vegetables, whipped dill and caper cream, smoked olives, grilled country bread)

THIRD COURSE: Joyce Farms Duck Breast (wild mushroom fregola, smoked goat cheese, cippolini onions, herbs, duck jus)
